The weekend of January 28-29th 2012 saw local musician Phillious Williams exhibit a selection of drawings and artefacts at Leigh on sea's White Wall Space gallery. The artwork is culled from his book 'The Life, Loves and Trials of a Cactus Climber' and act as the perfect visual accompaniment to Philiious' songs of dusty deserts, duels, drinking and romance. The book will hopefully be published later in the year, however a handmade, one-off copy is due to be auctioned on Ebay shortly after the exhibition. For those not familiar with Phillious Williams, his self-styled brand of 'Heavy Western' music can be heard here. Full article in Noisy issue 10.
