Here at Noisy HQ we are practically drowning in boxes upon boxes of back issues (most still available at the latest issue page to purchase!), but, way back in 2006, copies of issue 3 were flying out the door and now, only a few printed copies of our 'punk special' issue still exist, hence, we decided to give away this issue as free download today!
